Ruby Allred Hall 


    BURLINGTON — Ruby Allred Hall , age 73, of 2121 N. N.C. 62 went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at the Hospice Home. She was a native of Caswell County and the wife of the late William C. Hall .
    Ruby  retired from Burlington Industries Finishing Plant and later worked for Kayser Roth Hosiery. She most recently was employed with the Alamance County School System working in the Cafeteria for several years. Ruby  was a longtime member of Baynes Baptist Church where she was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class and the Senior Saints for Senior Citizens. She served in the church in the past as a Sunday school teacher and later a volunteer with Hospice of Alamance-Caswell.
    Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Hall  Riddle and her husband, David of Mebane; grandchildren, Carri Anne Rhodes, Jessica Diane Rhodes, Levi Pawson and Michelle Riddle; great grandson, David William Hatley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Doris Hyler of Burlington, Betty Moody and her husband, Clyde of Burlington, Peggy Faucette and her husband, Phil of Burlington, Frankie Sartin and her husband, Earl of Morehead City, Helen Allred  Smith of Burlington; brother and sister-in-law, William "Bill" Lonnie Allred  and his wife, Lynda of Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Hall ; parents, Joseph Tennon and Edna Miles Allred ; and brothers, James, Bobby and Pete Allred .
    The funeral services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Baynes Baptist Church by the Rev. Scott Williams. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. today at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence and also at the home of her sister, Peggy Faucette, 3827 Burch Bridge Road, Burlington, N.C. 27217.
