BURLINGTON - On August 22nd, 2016 Jesus welcomed Linda Jane Hensley home.
She was surrounded by her family at the Hospice Home.
Linda was born in Alamance County on January 25, 1962 to Leroy Hensley who survives and the late Nora Brown Hensley.
Linda was a member of Glen Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors other than her father, Leroy Hensley include her sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Ronald Hudson, Elizabeth and Chuck Roney; a niece, Amanda Kelly Tuck; nephews, Matthew Lee Tuck, Branden Nathaniel Roney and Zachary Noah Roney; great nephews, Tyler Tuck and Connor Tuck; special uncle, Johnny Hensley and wife, Alice; her best friend, Patricia Brown and her caregiver, Barbara Jean Mebane.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel byRev. Bob Stephenson with the burial to follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home and other times at Brenda’s home.
