Aezelia Mann King
GREENSBORO — Aezelia Mann King, 70, of Clapp Farms Rd., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 15, 2009, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. She was born in Guilford County to the late Ernest Samuel and Leola Hancock Mann and was married to Howard King, who survives. She was a loving wife, mother, "Maw Maw" and special caregiver to her loving husband who is fighting a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She is survived by her husband, of the home; son, Howard T. King, of Graham; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Keith Clapp, of Greensboro, and Candy and Anthony Gilgis, of Vass; grandchildren, Jordan King, Christopher Gilgis, Matthew Clapp and McKenzie Clapp; and brothers, Thomas Mann, of Burlington, and Harvey Mann, of Gibsonville. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, H.W. Mann and Ronald Mann Sr.
The graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at Gibsonville City Cemetery by Gordon Phillips. The family will receive friends from 5:30 – 7:00 Monday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home of his daughter, Cindy Clapp, 328 Clapp Farms Rd., Greensboro.
