Obituary Online notes for Mary Frances WYRICK
Mary Frances Wyrick Johnson, 84 of McLeansville passed away in Greensboro on May 18, 2021.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Forbis and Dick North Elm Street Funeral Chapel, Greensboro, NC, the Rev. Milton Wilder will officiate. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson was born on February 1, 1937 in Guilford County, NC to the late Addie H. & Ernest Wyrick.

She was a former Trainer of the Packing Department for Lorilllard Tobacco Company where she retired with 40 years of service to the company. She was a longtime member of Hines Chapel and was a very active member of the church. She helped with Vacation Bible School and the Church's famous Chicken Pie Suppers. Mary volunteered her time to many local Rest Homes over the years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and dedicated her later years to the care of her beloved husband of 60 years "Bill".

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Thomasson and husband Mac of High Point and Robin Beasley and husband Mark of Charlotte, a brother, Bobby Wyrick of McLeansville and 3 grandchildren, Brooke Elliott, Austin Francis and Houston Beasley.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ted "Bill" Vernon Johnson, sisters, Edna Hatcher, Margaret Rumley, brothers, Ervin Wyrick, Edgar Wyrick, Willie Wyrick and James Wyrick.

The family will receive friends from 12:45 – 1:45 PM on Sunday at the funeral home just prior to the service. Flowers are welcomed, especially Pink flowers.

Forbis and Dick served the Johnson family.
