Connie Diane Porter Wade
GRAHAM — Connie Diane Porter Wade, 49, of Graham, died on Dec. 20, 2011 at her residence.
She is survived by her father, Ray Porter, and stepmother, Judy Roach Porter; sons, Anthony Ray Sheets (Jessica) and Christopher James Sheets; sisters, Sarah Jean Carter Boggs, Sunny Porter and Christina Lewis; brother, Colon Porter; and two stepsisters, Angela Bradshaw (Scott) and Tina Thurman (Ronald).
She was preceded in death by her mother, Deloris Lassiter Porter.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday at McClure Funeral Service in Graham.
Funeral services will be conducted in the McClure Funeral Service Chapel on Dec. 22, 2011 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Stephan Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Community Church, P.O. Box 1031, Graham, NC 27253.
