Robert Lee Webster Jr.
MEBANE — Robert Lee Webster Jr., 54, of 7519 York Loop Road, died at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, at the Brian Center in Yanceyville after a long illness and a critical illness of one week.
A native of Rockingham County, he was the son of the late Robert Lee Webster Sr. and Myrtle Jackson Webster . He was a retired self-employed electrician and attended Northside Presbyterian Church. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Susan Turner of Durham and Ms. Lisa Webster of Burlington; a son, Anthony Webster of Burlington; four sisters, Mrs. Jearline Talley and husband, Ralph, of Burlington, Mrs. Patsy Stanley and husband, Carl, of Yanceyville, Mrs. Norma Bray and husband, Randy, of Blanch, and Mrs. Brenda York and husband, Tommy, of Mebane; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by the Rev. Jim Mitchell, and the Rev. Ben Sutton. Burial will be in Lebanon United Methodist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 to 8 this evening, and at other times at the home.
