Myrtle Jackson Webster
BURLINGTON — Myrtle Jackson Webster , 86, of Burlington Manor passed away Friday, June 3, 2005 at Liberty Commons Nursing Center following six weeks of illness. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Webster and the daughter to the late Fletcher Ivey and Addie Terrell Jackson . Myrtle was a native of Caswell County, retired from Webco Mills and was a member of Northside Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Jearline Talley and her husband Ralph of Burlington, Patsy Stanley and her husband Carl of Yanceyville, Norma Bray and her husband Randy of Blanch, Brenda York and her husband Tommy of Mebane; a son Robert Webster , Jr.; a sister Nannie Mae Johnson of Tenn.; brothers, Andrew Jackson of Burlington, Dan Lee Jackson and his wife Dot of Burlington; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson Kenneth Talley, a sister Nellie Younts Patterson and a brother Albert Jackson .
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2005 at Northside Presbyterian Church by Rev. Jim Mitchell. Interment will follow in Kerr’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. today at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home of Jearline Talley, 505 S. Sellars Mill Rd., Burlington.
