BURLINGTON - Mr. Robert Glenn Crouse, 88, of 1036 N. Mebane St. died at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 1994, at Skilled Nursing Division of Alamance Memorial Hospital after one year failing health and two weeks' critical illness.
Born in Guilford County to the late Dr. Joseph Agustus Crouse and the late Marian Huffman Crouse, he was the husband of the late Mignell May Crouse and the late Retha Robertson Crouse. He was a farmer, a member of Saint Mark's Reformed Church, and the Adult Bible Sunday School Class.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 10 at Saint Mark's Reformed Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Robert M. Disher Jr., pastor of Saint Mark's Reformed Church, Dr. Tommy Willis, pastor of Andrews Memorial Baptist Church, and the Rev. Hoyt Roberson, parish associate of Saint Mark's Reformed Church, will officiate.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Sara C. Sharpe, Mrs. Shirley C. Williams, both of Burlington; son, Mr. Robert W. Crouse of Burlington; sister, Mrs. Beulah C. Shoffner of Alamance; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. 470, Robert Glenn Crouse
