Mrs. Dolly Marie Wagoner Leonard 


    BURLINGTON — Mrs. Dolly Marie Wagoner Leonard , age 66, of 1658 White Kennel Road, passed away Monday, October 9, 2006, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
    A native of Alamance County, she was wife of the late Robert R. Leonard , and daughter of the late James D. and the late Elsie Mae Wells Wagoner . She was a short order cook at the Food Mart in Haw River
    Survivors include two sons, Stephen Wagoner  and Tommy Leonard  and wife, Jeannie, all of Burlington; daughters, Penny Turner of Snow Camp, Diane Johnston of Haw River, Cindy Moize and husband, Tim, of Gibsonville, Darlene Pittard of Elon and Tina Brantley and husband, Jack, of Graham; brother, Norman Wagoner  and wife, Velma, of Burlington; sister, Frances Long of Burlington; grandchildren, Heather Leonard , McKenzie and Hunter Moize, Robin Wagoner , Christopher Johnston and wife, Candy, Jennifer and Brandy Pittard, Peggy Burnette, J.W. Warren and Christy Leonard ; and five great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, James Donald Wagoner  and Robert Dee Wagoner ; and a sister, Dorothy Wagoner .
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday October 12, 2006, in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. D. L. Perry. Interment will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Leonard  will remain at Lowe Funeral Home through the funeral service.
    The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory from 7 to 9 this evening, and at other times the family will be at the home of Tina Brantley, 805 Buckner St., Graham, N.C.
