He was preceded in death by his parents; a twin brother, Fred Phillippe; and a sister, Dixie Howerton.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2014, at Friedens Lutheran

Church by the Rev. Bill Zima. The family will receive friends following the service.

A special thank you to the nurses at Hospice Home for their loving care during Frank’s illness.
