Glenda Haithcock Carter
LIBERTY — Mrs. Glenda Haithcock Carter, 62, of Liberty, N.C., died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Friday, Nov. 25, 2011.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Bobby Carter, who survives, and the daughter of William Vernice Haithcock and Velma Marie Haithcock, both deceased. She was a homemaker and a member of Glen Raven Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband of the home, survivors include two stepsons, Kenneth Michael Carter and Bryan Andrew Carter; two grandchildren; four sisters, Lydia Bryant, Donna Carter, Bernice Williams and Amy Starr; one brother, William Haithcock; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted in the Pleasant Hill Christian Church cemetery on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Howard Spray.
