Mildred Davis Graves
GRAHAM — Mildred Davis Graves, 90, of 146 Clyde Graves Lane, died Saturday, April 2, 2011, at her residence.
A native of Alamance County, she was retired from Western Electric with 22 years of service. She was a member of Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church.
Survivors include granddaughters, Carol G. McArthur, of Snow Camp, and Cheryl Gerringer and husband, Simon, of Snow Camp; greatgrandchildren, Bobby Gerringer and Brandon Gerringer; special friend and caregiver, Pam Paulette; and sisters, Mabel Garrett, of Graham, and Lacy Scott, of Haw River.
She was preceded in death by parents, Eddie I. and Reba Griffin Davis; husband, Clyde I. Graves; son, Cecil Clyde Graves; sister, Nadine Bollick; and brothers, Sabert Davis and Robert Davis.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cedar Cliff United Methodist
Church with the Rev. Jimmy Wooten officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service, other times at the residence.
