Tracy Gene Barbee
   BURLINGTON — Tracy Gene Barbee, 52 of West Davis Street died on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

   He was born in Alamance County to the late Bobby Gene Barbee and Tracy Putnam Barbee Lafferty and was married to Pamela Kay Forbis Barbee, who survives. He was employed by Watson Electric and attended Johnson Baptist Church.

   In addition to his wife, of the home, he is survived by his daughter, Kristina Barbee of Randleman; son, Brian Barbee of Lexington; stepson, Robert Duffey of Texas; grandchildren, Calynn Duffey, Zachary Duffey, Austin Duffey and J.T. Barbee; sister, Kimberly Stevens of Elon; and brothers, Roger Barbee of Burlington, Randy (Bonnie) Barbee of Holly Springs, Gregory Barbee of Burlington, Chris (Angie) Barbee of Burlington; and stepfather, Harold Lafferty of Graham.

   The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Larry Andrews and the Rev. Randy Hobbs with interment to follow in Shallow Ford Christian Church cemetery.

   The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and at other times at the residence.
