    BURLINGTON — Mr. Brodice Perry Kellam, 79, of 5744 South N.C. 62, Burlington, died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Monday, March 1, 2010, at 1:23 a.m.
    A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Nancy Rudd Kellam, who survives, and the son of Gaither Marvin Kellam Sr. and Orpha Sharpe Kellam, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired textile worker. He was a member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church where he was a deacon, elder and former Sunday school superintendent.
    In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include two daughters, Teresa Kellam of the home and Norma Kellam Crabtree and husband Dermont of Statesville; one sister, Vivian Kellam Greeson of Burlington; one brother, Gaither Marvin Kellam Jr. and wife Frances of Burlington; and two grandchildren, Tracy Crabtree and Heather Crabtree, both of Statesville.
    He was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
    The funeral service will be conducted at Shiloh Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Carl Parsons. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
    The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Tuesday from 5 until 7 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.
