Beulah Severt “Boots” Lutterloh
SNOW CAMP — Mrs. Beulah Severt “Boots” Lutterloh, 88, of 4901 Mt. Hermon-Rock Creek Road, Snow Camp, died suddenly at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 9 a.m.
A native of Ashe County, she was the wife of 59 years to Layton E. Lutterloh, who survives, and the daughter of Nelson Severt and Mae Coldiron Severt, both deceased. She was a homemaker and a member of Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Ashe County, N.C. and attended Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, of the home, survivors include a sister, Laurinda Sellers of Winston-Salem; two sisters-in-law, Rebecca Coble of Liberty and Ruby Severt of Wilmington; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Bare, Kathryn Wilkerson and Madge Glass; and a brother, Herbert Severt.
A graveside service will be conducted in the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery on Wednesday,
March 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Warren Cash.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. At other times they will be at the residence.
