BURLINGTON - William “Moe” Keith Moore, 62 passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a native of Guilford County and the son of William Henry Moore and the late Lucy Pearl Fogleman Moore.
William was a retired sheet metal worker for Local Union # 159. He was an avid Duke and tennis fan who enjoyed fast cars. Keith loved his dog “JJ”, his 16 cats and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his fiancée, “Angie” Locketz of the home; father, William Henry Moore; sisters, Brenda Hensley and Janis (Jesse) Chastain; brothers, Dale (Terri) Moore and Terry (Robin) Moore; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Duke University Cancer Center for their kind and compassionate care.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Geoff LaLone. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm on Sunday at the funeral home and other times at the home of Dale Moore 7202 Shoe Road, Burlington.
