 BURLINGTON — Mr. James Lee Squires, 59, of Burlington, died at Alamance Healthcare Center on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 8:24 p.m.
 
 A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Clyde Lee Squires and Lillie Wellons Squires, who survives. He was a farmer and a member of Long’s Chapel Christian Church.
 
 In addition to his mother of Burlington, survivors include two sisters, Kay S. Lewis of Mebane and Sandra S. Kueider and husband Scott of Oak Ridge, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
 
 A graveside service will be conducted at Long’s Chapel Christian Church cemetery on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 2 p.m. by the Rev. R. J. Zupancich.
 
 A reception will immediately follow the graveside service in the fellowship hall of Long’s Chapel. At other times, the family will be at the residence of a sister, Kay Lewis, 3164 Barnett Road, Mebane, N.C.
 
 Memorials may be made to Long’s Chapel Christian Church, 2634 NC 49 North, Burlington, N.C. 27217 or to the Hospice League of Alamance-Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
