Obituary Online notes for Carolyn Greer NESBITT
GREENSBORO — Carolyn Nesbit Huffines, 83, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Moses Cone Hospital 

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in the chapel at Whitestone Masonic & Eastern Star Home. Burial will follow in the Masonic cemetery. The family will receive friends at Whitestone from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. 

Carolyn was a member of Spring Garden Friends. 

Mrs. Huffines was preceded in death by her husband Haisley Freeman Huffines; brothers Gene, Joseph and Johnny Nesbit. 

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Faye Huffines of Greensboro and Joyce Campbell Gunn of Elon; son Charles Freeman Huffines of Durham; brothers, Charles Nesbit of Charlotte and Bill Nesbit of Roanoke, Va.; sisters Cortez Grochow of Anaheim, Calif. and Mary Foust of Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
