Burlington - Mrs. Kay Wall Gee, age 77, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 13, 1947 in Alamance County to the late John Willie and Violet Childers Wall, and was the wife of 55 years to William “Bill” David Gee who survives.

 Kay was a retired Insurance agent and taught preschool for many years at the First Presbyterian Church. She was a member of St. Mark’s Church and enjoyed singing, cooking and baking for her family and friends. Kay was an avid fan of NC State Wolfpack football. Most of all Kay loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and her great granddaughter.

 Survivors other than her husband, Bill Gee include a son, Mike Gee and wife Karen; her daughter, Dana Satterfield and husband Clay; her grandsons that she adored, Alex Gee and wife Katherine, Harrison Gee and wife Savannah, Griffin Gee and wife Emma and Dane Satterfield and her great granddaughter, Eliza. Kay was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Renee Humphries and her brother, Steve Wall.

 The family would like to thank Brookdale Senior Care, AuthoraCare and her caregivers for bringing dignity to her last years.

 A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bob Disher with burial to follow at Gibsonville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45PM prior to the service on Wednesday and other times at the home of Mike and Karen Gee.
