WHITSETT - Mrs. Helen Allred Fogleman, 80, of 508 N.C. 100 passed away at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2006.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. on Thursday at Lowe's Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Fogleman was born in Greensboro, on July 10, 1926. She was employed at Belk's and C. F. Neese Jewelry in Burlington. She was a member of Whitsett Garden Club and the Woman's Circle at Lowe's Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C. D. Fogleman, Jr.; son, Michael Wayne Fogleman; daughter, Brenda Carol; her parents, Arlie and Mamie Allred; sister, Marie Routh; and brother, Harold Allred.
She is survived by her loving children, Linda and Jackie Clapp, Sylvia and George Stockwell, Dennis and Nancy Fogleman, Steve and Claudia Fogleman, and Gary and Vicky Fogleman; fourteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Rich & Thompson Mortuary in Burlington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Alamance County.
