Linda Fogleman Clapp
JULIAN – Mrs. Linda Fogleman Clapp, 69, of Julian, died at Beech Mountain, NC on Sunday, November 13, 2016.
A native of Guilford County, she was the wife of the late Jack Patterson Clapp, Sr. She was the daughter of Clinton Dennis Fogleman, Jr., and Helen Allred Fogleman, both deceased.
She was a homemaker and a member of Low’s Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two sons, Jackie Patterson Clapp, Jr. and Ronald Dwayne Clapp and wife Teresa, all of Julian; four grandchildren, Aubrey Dustin Clapp, Brittany Clapp, Mitchell Clapp and Sean Clapp, all of Julian; three brothers, Steve Fogleman, Gary Fogleman and Dennis Fogleman; sister, Sylvia Stockwell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Fogleman.
The funeral service will be conducted at Low’s Lutheran Church on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 1 p.m. by Pastor Ricky Cox.
Burial will follow in Low’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave, Greensboro, NC 27405 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
