Jean Gray Hensley Stallings


BURLINGTON – Jean Gray Hensley Stallings, 79, passed away after a battle with Scleroderma, Friday, November 6, 2020 at the Hospice Home. She was born December 6, 1940 in Alamance County to the late Russell C. Hensley and Betty Kernodle Hensley who survives. She was married to Samuel “Sammy” Stallings for 49 years. Jean retired from Kayser-Roth and was a member of Altamahaw Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and going to the lake. Her roses were something to see and she loved her fur baby Holly. She was a happy person who was glad to see you with a smile on her face. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Sammy Stallings; mother, Betty Hensley; brother, Tommy (Pat) Hensley and several nieces and nephews.

he funeral will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Steve Tucker, you may attend or watch the live stream on the Lowe Funeral Home website. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. Mrs. Stallings will be available for viewing 1:00 to 5:00 Monday and 9:00 to 1:45 on Tuesday.
