ELON — Christine "Christy" Yount Page , 58, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the Hospice Home after a four month battle with cancer.
Ms. Page was born in Shelby, NC to the late James William and Corrina Campbell Yount.
She is survived by her daughter, Chrystal (Dave) Bachmann of Charlotte; son, Denny (Kristin) Page of Mebane; grandchildren, Dillon Page , Madison Page , Savannah Bachmann, Preston Bachmann; sisters, Cherry Yount of High Point and Kathy Yount of Morrisville; nephew, Brad (Jean) Yount; and great nephews, Bradley and Alex.
Ms. Page was a 40 year member of Bethlehem Christian Church, where she sang in the choir and played violin.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 28th at Bethlehem Christian Church by Rev. Dave Gilbert.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6 till 8.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Rd., Burlington, NC 27215.
