Patty L. Parks, age 68, of Eaton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Southview Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.

She was born March 18, 1940 to the late Homer L. and Helen (Dalrymple) Horine.

Patty was a 1958 graduate of Eaton High School. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Eaton, Ohio where she was the current president of the Women's Organization and very active in all aspects of the church for many years.

She was a beautician in the Eaton area for over 44 years, retiring from Trends Hair Salon. Patty was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.

She is survived by her husband Allen Parks of Eaton, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law Randy and Pauletta Parks of New Paris, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law Teresa and Rocky Hofacker of Castine, Ohio; grandchildren Trever and Brittany Parks and Ryan and Jared Hofacker; sister and brother-in-law Barbara and George Suggs of Eaton, Ohio; sister Kim Schooley of Jupiter, Florida; nephew Thad (Cricket) Suggs of Eaton, Ohio and their children Joey and Abby; Niece and Nephew Kristen and Charley Schooley both of Jupiter, Florida; special aunt Jerrie Abshear of Dunedin, Florida; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the First Presbyterian Church, 123 West Decatur Street, Eaton, OH. with the Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating.

Burial will be in Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, Ohio.
