Linda Hauser Grable, 76, of Semora, died on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
Born in Orange County, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Paul Hauser and Pearl Dodson Stanfield Hauser.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Dorothy Mae Hatley, Pauline Gay Hoffman, Katherine Gail Frazier and Charles Thomas Hauser.
Mrs. Grable was a member of Semora Baptist Church. She worked for Hardee's for over 20 years having started in Key West, FL and then moved to Hillsborough, NC where she became the supervisor for many years. Linda loved working in her flower garden and on the land her and her husband, Joseph owned. She loved all of her furbabies throughout her lifetime and their current Shih tzu, Groucho aka "Poophead."
Surviving are her husband, Joseph P. Grable of the home; two children: Sheila Ferrell and Russell Jones (Amanda); two step-children: Judd P. Grable (Tonya) and Jody Grable Moore (John); brother, Bud Hauser (Bobbi); four grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held for the family on Sunday, June 11, 2023.
