BURLINGTON — Dwight David Carroll, 54, of 6569-A Union Ridge Road, died Saturday, May 22, 2004, at Alamance Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was born in Alamance County and was employed by Cone Mills. He was the son of Hassell and Bernice Carroll of Burlington.
Survivors other than the parents include a son, David Blane Carroll and wife, Whitney, of High Point, and nephews Mike Carroll and Chris Carroll, both of Burlington.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by the Rev. Buster Florence, Pastor of Florence Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Christian Church.
The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6-8 tonight. Other times they will be at the residence.3, Dwight David Carroll
