Josephine Ann Cable, nee Jennings, 72, of Beckemeyer, Ill., born Feb. 7, 1942, in Swindon, England, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014, in Beckemeyer, Ill. Mrs. Cable was a proud Air Force wife, and a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Wayne Cable, Jr.; and parents, Harry and Kathleen Jennings, nee Scott. Surviving are her four children, Beverly (Ron Bobarsky) Voellinger, Marie (Dan) Penk, Matthew (Charlina) Cable and Jacqueline (Bill) Austin; eight grandchildren; she was a loving sister to three sisters four brothers; and a special friend, Martha "Mimi" Ferendzo. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure at www.komen.org. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.schildknechtfh.com.Funeral: Upon Josephine's request, she will be cremated.
