Donald Franklin Cable
Donald Franklin “Donnie” Cable, 69, of Burlington,passed away on Friday 10/14/2022 at Moses H. Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
A native of Alamance County,he was the son of Frank Preston Cable and Nelline Juanita Parrish Cable, both deceased.
He retired from Ametek Corporation and was honored by placing his name of the gym floor by the Burlington YMCA for his 50 years of employment.
Donnie is survived by his daughter,Leslie Cable, of Bolivia, NC; his son, Alan Cable, of Staunton, VA and his sister, Nancy Montgomery, of Elon.
He was preceded in death by his twin brother Ronald Cable.
A memorial service to honor his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday 11/5/2022 at the First United Methodist Church of Elon. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service. 261, Donald Franklin “Donnie” Cable
