Dennie Harvey Coleman, 83, of 2839 Rogers Road, Graham, NC passed away at AuthoraCare Hospice Home on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
A native of Guilford County, she was the wife of Dean Coleman, who survives and the daughter of Edward Elcaney Harvey and Catherine Howard Harvey, both deceased.
She was an executive secretary for Burlington Industries and Bennett Packaging, Inc. She loved spending time with her family, enjoyed reading, and taking trips to the beach.
In addition to her husband of their home, survivors include three sons, Ron Coleman (Kimberly Hauffer) of Mebane, Nate Coleman (Crystal) of Elon, and John Coleman (Jennifer) of Graham; eight grandchildren, Melissa Jackson (Kane), Elizabeth Coleman (Jason), Stephen Boswell (Heidi), Kevin Boswell (Sarah), Kristina Boswell (Zack Smith), Cassidy Coleman, Parker Coleman, and Rachel Coleman; four great grandchildren, Avery Boswell, Carter Boswell, Bradley Boswell, and Asher Boswell; three sisters, Beth Harvey Tarver, Mary Harvey Reinecke, and Amy Harvey English; two nephews, Aaron Tarver and Eddy English and a dear friend, Tommy Loy.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Harvey; two brothers-in-law, Bruce Reinecke and Bryan English; and her wonderful friend, Sheila Loy.
The family will hold a private celebration of life at their home at a later date.
