Obituary Online notes for Marvin Doyle MOYER
Marvin Doyle Moyer was son of Albert Wilson Moyer and Viola Belle Arendell.

He married Jewell Nadine Looney on 07 August 1937 in Doniphan, Ripley, MO.

They had six children. Kennith Moyer, Reva Virginia Moyer, Glen Moyer, Christine Moyer, Thomas Owen Moyer, and Ruth Moyer.

Marvin and Nadine did not live in Columbia. He passed away while a patient at the University of Missouri Medical Center after suffering a heart attack.

As you enter the cemetery, the Moyer section is straight down the path about 100 meters and on the left.

Marvin was my father, he loved Christmas, and his eyes sparkled as he shared Christmas with all of us each year. He was the best daddy in the world. Every year, along with my birthday cake that mother always baked, he brought home doughnuts from the bakery because he knew how much I loved them.

ROSES GROW IN HEAVEN

ROSES GROW IN HEAVEN
LORD, PICK A BUNCH FOR ME
PLACE THEM IN MY DADDY'S ARMS
AND TELL HIM THEY'RE FROM ME.

TELL HIM THAT I LOVE AND MISS HIM
AND WHEN HE TURNS TO SMILE
PLACE A KISS UPON HIS CHEEK
AND HOLD HIM FOR AWHILE.

CAUSE REMEMBERING HIM IS EASY
I DO IT EVERY DAY
THERE'S AN ACHE WITHIN MY HEART
THAT WILL NEVER GO AWAY.
