WHITSETT, N.C. — Roger Dale Gerringer, 62, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Whitsett.
Mr. Gerringer was born on May 25, 1949 in Guilford County to the late Frank and Magdaline Gerringer.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Gary “Pee Wee” Gerringer.
Roger is survived by his wife of 23 years, Judy Gerringer; sisters, Darlene Evans and Carolyn Gerringer; son, Glenn Lakins (Kathryn); daughters, Dianna Seigworth and Michelle Haltiwanger; grandchildren, Luther Holyfield
(Brittney), Micheal, Dallas, Robin, Kimberly, Dalton, and James; and greatgrandchildren, Luther Dale and Jayden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
