GIBSONVILLE — Mrs. Diane Smith Walker, 60, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, at 4:30 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late William Raymond “Billy” Walker and the daughter of the late Hubert Lewis Smith and Mary Frances Smith, who survives. She was also preceded in death by her son, William Mitchell “Mitch” Walker.
In addition to her mother of Graham, survivors include a son, Mickey Lee Walker of Graham; sister, Debbie Woody and husband Wendell of Graham; and brother, Richard Smith and wife Teresa of Haw River.
A private memorial service will be held for the family. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence of her mother at Maple Oak, MPH 6840, Lot 20, Stockard Road, Graham, N.C.
Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham is assisting the family.
