Linda Cameron Tickle
   SNOW CAMP — Linda Cameron Tickle, 73, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015, at her home.

   She was born in Alamance County to the late James Floyd and Rachel Marie Skenes Cameron and was married to the late William Howard Tickle Jr.

   Linda was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and she loved art, quilting and traveling.

   She is survived by her daughter, Tina Tickle, of the home; son, Tim (Missy) Tickle of Snow Camp; grandchildren, Joshua (Lauren), Ryan, Micheal (Rachel), Johnathan, Matthew, Chelsea and Hunter; four great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bobby Cameron, Carolyn (Randy) Moore, Doris Clark, Jimmy (Carol) Cameron, Morty (Cindy) Cameron, Kaye Tatko, Yvonne (Tommy) Parrish and Becky Ivey.

   She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a son, William Howard Tickle III.

   The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday,

   June 4, 2015, at Cornerstone Baptist Church by the Rev. Bill Skenes with interment to follow in Gibsonville City Cemetery.

   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and at other times at the home.

   The family would like to say a special “Thank You” to the nurses and staff at Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.
