Mrs. Rosa Tickle
ALTAMAHAW -- Mrs. Rosa Mclntyre Tickle, 82, of Altamahaw, died Sunday in the Union Ridge Rest Home following 10 years failing health.
A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Cornelia Baulding Mclntyre and the wife of the late Jim M. Tickle.
The funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m Tuesday at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. C. M. Leviner, pastor of the Altamahaw Pentecostal Holiness Church, assisted by the Rev. Norman Fargis, pastor of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Murray of Rt. 1, Elon College, Mrs. Polly Fargis of the home, Mrs. Robert Gates of Burlington, two sons, Marvin J. Tickle of Altamahaw, Jake Tickle of Elon College; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The body will remain at the Lowe Funeral Home through the funeral service. The family will be at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9. 467

Mrs. Rosa Tickle
