 GIBSONVILLE — Norman Lee Whitesell, 71, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Moses Cone Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on March 9, 1944 in Guilford County to the late James Wesley and Margaret Ray Howerton Whitesell. Norman was the husband to Ronda Chilton Wagoner Whitesell of 25 years who survives.
 
 Norman was the owner and operator of Tech Graphics, Inc., he enjoyed farming on the Whitesell Farm, member at Friedens Lutheran Church, a U.S. Air Force veteran and he attended Indiana University while in the service. Norman was a caring and devoted family man, he will be missed dearly.
 
 Survivors other than his wife, Ronda include his daughter, Erin Early and husband, Trey; sons, Scott Whitesell and partner, Tim Maness, Mark Whitesell, Jamie Wagoner and wife, Karen; grandsons, Russell Early, J.D. Wagoner and Eric Wagoner. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Neil and Nelson Whitesell.
 
 The funeral service will be held 3:00pm Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Friedens Lutheran Church by Rev. Bill Zima and Rev. Bob Dowling
 
with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home.
