Mrs. Lenna Arthur, 94, Spartanburg, died Friday evening at the heritage Nursing Home, Richmond, where she had been a resident for five years.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County. She was a member of the Peaceful Valley Ladies Aide.
Mrs. Arthur is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Ruth Moore, Lynn and Mrs. Doris Lake, Boston, Mass.; 10 sons; Ralph, Farmland; Paul, Edgewater Beach, Florida; Glen, Spartanburg; Guy, California; Bearl, Chicago; Lloyd, Winchester; Donald, Syracuse; Noel ("Doc"), Lynn; Basil, Winchester; Stanley, Spartanburg; one sister, Pearl Alexander, Union City, Indiana; 23 grandchildren; several and great and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Thomas Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Spartanburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Monday. [46092]
