Robert Steven Petty, Jr., 69, of Burlington passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of the late Brenda Odell Petty and the son of Robert Steven Petty, Sr. and Sue Taunt Petty, both deceased. He retired from the Textile Industry and was an avid coin collector.
Survivors include three children, Stephanie Petty, Kristi Flynt and husband Jeremy, and Amber Lewis and husband Edward; brother, Mike Petty; sister, Carol Petty; niece, Rudy Petty; and nephew, Shane Petty.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
